- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 serving protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 cup ice
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Helpful hints
- Frozen fruit is a great option if fresh isn’t available. If using frozen, you can omit the ice.
- Protein powder is a great way to add protein to your diet but if you are trying to stick to a low protein diet, the recipe is delicious without.
